Gamma Epsilon Foundation Scholarship

Awarded varies

The mission of this scholarship is to increase access and opportunity for African American students in the Greater Sacramento Area to quality institutions of higher education. Must have a GPA of 3.0, admitted and enrolled in an accredited college or university. 2019 Aspire Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduating high school senior, current community college or university student in good standing. Must be a resident within a 35 mile radius of Sacramento, a GPA of 2.7, and identify financial need. Applications available at www.ncbwsacramento.org.

The Gordon Stafford Scholarship

June 18, 2019

Awarded $4,000

The scholarship is open to minority students pursuing a career in Architecture and is intended to help increase the representation of minorities in the Architecture profession. Qualifications are must have a permanent California residence address; must demonstrate minority status; and must be enrolled as a first-year new or first-year transfer student pursuing a Bachelor of Architecture Degree or a five-year Master of Architecture program from NAAB-accredited school or college. The Classroom to Classroom Scholarship

This scholarship is for a high school senior interesting in pursuing a career in teaching. To apply students must meet the following eligibility requirements; must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident; open to students from all states; must have a min GPA of 3.0; accepted as a full-time student at a 2-year, 4-year or technical vocational college or university in the U.S. for the 2019-2020 academic year. Intent to pursue an Education or closely related degree; proof of strong academic performance, leadership, and community service. NSPS Foundation Trig-Star Scholarship

Awarded $5,000

The intent is to award a student pursuing a secondary education with the intent to pursue a degree in surveying and mapping, and with a desire to become a licensed professional. Applications are available in the Career Center.

James E. Roberts Engineering Scholarship

June 30, 2019

Awarded $1,500

Applicants must be a senior in high school and interested in pursuing a college degree in civil engineering. The award of the scholarship is based on the applicant’s commitment to a career in transportation, current job skills, academic record and specific goals and experience. Capital Auto Auction STEM Scholarship

August 15, 2019

Awarded $1,000

This scholarship is to support students pursuing STEM related degrees. To qualify, undergraduate students must be majoring in a STEM field of study (or related field) as well as attending an accredited college or university.
